Papillon

The lightest of English crystal malts combined with Munich malt give this beer an underlying sweetness, while German Huell Melon hops provide a delicious fruity finish.

Papillon is the french word for butterfly and also the name of a semi-autobiographical novel by Henri Charrière and a 1973 film starring Steve McQueen (as Charrière) and Dustin Hoffman. Charrière was nicknamed “Papillon” because of a large butterfly tattoo on his chest, and the book and film chronicle his incarceration and subsequent escape from the French penal colony of French Guiana.
