Half Nelson

An English IPA wrestling with zesty Wakatu hops from New Zealand, this beer is a fusion of styles. Wakatu is the Mãori name for Nelson, a city on South Island that is itself named after Horatio Nelson. So what better name for an ale that is half English, half Kiwi?

The New Zealand city of Nelson is situated at the north end of South Island and is the centre of the country’s hop-growing region. Wakatu is one of an ever-growing number of New Zealand hops used in the brewery!

Malty notes are balanced with New Zealand hops to provide a delightfully fresh and zesty finish
